Fitness shaped my entire life — from childhood swimming in Cuba, to sports in the U.S., to discovering the gym at 20.

Boxing in my late 20s made me sharper, and time served for a non-violent crime in my early 30s made me disciplined — training daily with nothing but bodyweight.

Muay Thai refined my movement. COVID pushed me to coach online. One Fitness Weston evolved everything: kettlebells, mobility, regressions, and real human movement.

I’ve trained worldwide, learned from elite athletes, and built my method around helping people understand their bodies and move with purpose. The D.R.O Method is more than training — it’s strength, longevity, and direction.
